Before you decide.
What is the difference between free and Pro?
Free gives you 2 boards you build and arrange yourself, drawing on 32 of the 103 widgets. Pro lets you build your own boards from all 103, and adds the weekly reports, the extracted bank calls, the situation monitor, alerts and the AI reads. The board builder is the main one.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. Free is free forever, with no card and no expiry. What is time-limited is the 14 days of Pro every new account opens with: when those end the account carries on as a free one, and everything you built stays exactly where you left it.
Why is it $49 and not less?
Because the inputs cost money. Sell-side research, positioning data, rate expectations and the wire are paid feeds, and a terminal of this class normally runs into four figures a month. $49 is what covers the data and keeps the product being developed by someone who trades with it.
What happens when I cancel?
You drop back to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Your account stays open, the 2 boards keep working, and any boards you built with Pro are kept rather than deleted, so they are there if you come back.
How does the trial work?
You do not start it. Every new account gets 14 days of full Pro from the moment it is created, with no card and nothing to cancel. After 14 days it becomes a free account: the Pro panels grey out where you put them and come back if you subscribe. One per account.
What happens to my boards when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Every board, tab and position stays exactly as you left it. The panels that are Pro dim in place rather than disappearing, so you can see what you are missing and get it all back by subscribing.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. If something has gone wrong with a charge, open a ticket from the account menu in the terminal and I will sort it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. $490 a year works out at $40.83 a month, which is 2 months free against paying monthly.
